Method series of 3D printers is oriented towards printing engineering grade plastics, fiber-filled composites and metal parts. In order to support a smooth process, the machine has a handful of features.

Heated Chamber with Controlled Temperature

As everyone, who worked with anything other than PLA before knows, for printing tougher plastics it is essential to have stable temperatures in the printing area. Starting from ABS, stronger plastics tend to delaminate, warp, slide off and do all sorts of crazy things when temperatures change. In Method CF Edition not only do you have a fully enclosed and heated chamber but also a constant temperature control to ensure precise parts.

Dual Printing

The machine supports printing with main material and soluble supports simultaneously. For complex parts in strong plastics you really want to have supports removed easily and flawlessly. Support extruder in this machine works with PVA supports, which dissolve in water.

Interchangeable extruders

Extruders in this printer are modular, tailored to different types of materials you may need (supports, composites, polymers, metals) and can be changed easily.

Cloud Printing

The printing and setup processes are simplified. Everything from assisted filament feeding to wireless process monitoring is in place to make sure the machine requires very little involvement.
