Started with the OG Photon, and upgraded to the Mono X due to a sale at half off with the release of the Mono X 6K. The newer design sees a reduction in failure rate due to a change in build plate design, making it faster to align and give solid print consistency. The software has also been upgraded and is ALMOST on par with some of the custom firmware out there, almost. Right out the box, this baby in the hands of an entry-tier hobbyist in 3d Printing has got good results once you get past the initial setup issues (Like any printer).
Good for price and spec, work well if you are experienced enough.
Not main support by Chitubox software, carefull not torn the FEP sheet.
The mono X is the best for it's size. I have used an E10 by Epax and it is much more troublesome. Beautiful quality.
Overall The quality of these printers is truly mind blowing at the price point.
Highly recommended
Great printer - my only complaints are the included 80mm fans (trash - one failed within two weeks of ownership), and the customer support can be hit or miss.
It is a nice printer but should come with some general safety and usability guide. One big thing is you need to have a screen protector in case the FEP developed a hole and leaks material all over the screen. It took three months to get the screen replaced twice. I broke one trying to replace the screen. I finally took it to a repair facility to replace the screen.
Once dialed in it is a great printer, The LED Matrix is way to powerful that it needs to be dialed back a bit.
