After several days I was informed about a problem encountered during printing. The supplier made several attempts without getting good result. Finally a change on the 3D sources resolved. A little longer than expected time but the result is good. Thank you

Quality: The model contains no significant defects, no defects were reported by the customer and the order was even liked before dispatch
Communication: The customer was adequately informed about the status of the order
