I love my Panavise Jr. I’ve used it to hold just about anything you can imagine
...Plusand it always works like a champ. I do however have one small complaint, it takes forever to open and close. The threading on the threaded rod that opens and closes the jaws is very small and so it takes (approximately) between 2 and 3 million turns to move the jaws from fully open to fully closed.
I've solved this problem by creating a drill bit that fits over the crank handle of the Panavise Jr. that allows for quick opening and closing. Panavise has released a similar manual version of this but it's hard to argue with power tools.
1. Print "Speed Winder"
2. Load into your drill
3. Save minutes/hours/days of time previously spent opening/closing your Panavise Jr.
