I've building a Lowrider2 MPCNC on my YouTube channel Teaching Tech. I
...Plus attempted create dual endstop auto squaring with the sensorless homing of the TMC5160 with SKR V1.3 but it wasn't quite suited to the application.
I found a simple part by AmperCZ that I based my parts on. My microswitches had a hole spacing of 9.5 mm which didn't matching this thing, and I also needed more mounting option that just the x axis. I used vernier calipers to measure the original part and then modelled up mounts for X, Y and Z.
I also found and printed the MKS Gen L case from aslak3, which mostly fits an SKR V1.3. I still needed mounting brackets, so quickly modelled some to suit the 25mm angle aluminium I was using for my build.

Notes:
I recommend printing the X and Y parts with ABS, as it is more flexible during fitting. PLA might work well for you as well.
The remaining parts can be PLA.
M2 x 10 mm bolts are ideal for attaching the microswitches to the mounts. M3 x 30 mm bolts with locknuts are the right length to tighten the parts and clamp down on the 25/25.4mm tube. The Y mounts are best attached with 16mm countersunk self tapping screws.
