I quite liked this design by Sulfu for a replacement mount using a linear rail and block, so recreated it in Fusion360 and then redesigned for my own
...Plus purposes.
Updated version - I have re-worked this so that the sensor now is a separate part that is simply screwed onto the main carriage, just needs a couple of M3 screws and M3 nuts in the nut traps.
Further Update - Changed the BL-Touch mounts to allow for some tweaking to get the correct height between the bed and the probe - Cheers for the make Splooky :)
I use the 9H version as I think that is best for the low weight carriage, but I have included a version with the 12H spacing.
