After printing and assembling the cnc machine, I realized that a lot of parts didn't fit together well. Since Nikodem graciously shared the Fusion 360 files, I
...Plus decided to make changes that will allow the assembly to be a bit easier. Included are some pics of how we inserted the bearings using a C-Clamp.
I've included all parts with the exception of the Arduino enclosure, as I've not yet had a chance to print it myself.
The z axis carriage is now included, as I have made modifications to it that allow the linear bearings to be press fit pretty much by hand or with a simple clamp.
The Fusion 360 file is now included, as I feel that the critical changes that needed to be made have now been addressed.
