My new design E3D v6 clone x-carriage for Anet A6 which I like call it ZEUS X-Carriage.

Through numerous trial and error, from filament jams and clogging of nozzle. This is the final designed I came out that works flawlessly with any filament I throw at it. And this x-carriage is designed for e3d v6 clone with full metal throat. This X-Carriage E3D v6 Heat sink must be cooled using 2 powerful 30mm cooling fan installed in a Push Pull configuration to PREVENT jamming experienced by numerous user.

This is a modular x carriage design and it is designed to be used as direct drive or bowden. It has the mount for the following extruder or configuration:-

1. Direct Drive with 3d Printed NSTT Extruder with 3 to 1 Gear reduction ratio. Extruder can be downloaded from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2090259

2. Direct Drive with E3D Titan extruder with 3 to 1 gear reduction ratio.

3. Direct Drive with Anet A6 Stock Extruder (Mk8 Extruder)

4. Bowden setup.

Also include a BL Touch mount for those who want to use BL touch auto bed levelling.

Extruder e_step

for stock extruder

define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT { 100, 100, 400, 95 }

for e3d Titan or NSTT extruder and extruder stepper must rotate in reversed

define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT { 100, 100, 400, 422.53 }

The included circular fan duct works for both standard hot end or volcano hot end

Printing benchy in ABS with 0.2mm Layer height, 2 perimeter, and 2 top and 2 bottom layer. Slice with Simplify3D Initial Layer 100% Initial Width 100% without brim. Part cooling fan at 40%
