This is simple ring to surround the nest 2nd generation thermostat. I wanted something simple to hide the thermostat/wall transition where some paint was peeling.
...Plus It is very difficult to find one for sales, particularly a simple one.
This installs by simply pulling the main part of the thermostat body from the nest's backplate and slipping it over. No need to take the tools out.
