When the first print got damaged in shipping, a second one was produced and sent again with absolutely zero hassle and in a package that was most likely indestructible. As someone who has no clue about 3D printing and just wanted to get a figurine for a tabletop game, I couldn't be happier with the excellent service and expertise that was provided.
