I was surprised of the speed and quality of the items and subsequent postage. The postage seemed a bit on the high side but I got the items very fast and I will use him again till I got my printer set up and working.

Not the end of the world but I selected 'black' and received grey items.

The replacement part was way too brittle—as soon as I went to fit it in place (a little flex was required) it broke into two. I also received the piece in very rough form. The printer informed me that I had to sand out the imperfections. I'm okay with that but would have liked that information up front.

Item came back just as designed. My design was poor for the prototype, but the print was exactly what I needed and expected!
