This is my first print ever and Harding3D helped me throughout the whole process. I wanted to do some DIY project and thought it over a long period of time before I actually decide to do it. The printservice contacted and informed me about a possible failprint with the material ABS I selected during the ordering process, suggested a different material, PLA, printed it for the same price and the package was delivered in just 2 days. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the printed part and it's already in use.
