Since the post has been slow with other suppliers too (probably Covid-19 related) I've given 5 stars for the speed, even though the shipping took a bit longer than usual. I know work was started immediately though, as I was sent a slicer output image only the day after I submitted the STL file on Treatstock.
So all in all, I'm very happy with the results - many thanks!
Long story ... that's good news for you as Mark from Seaside is the right guy to help you even if things went the wrong way (postal issue with covid). So very good communication.
