Made the parts fast. Shipped fast. Quality was really poor. I'm not a pto 3d printed but the parts came melted and I've had these printed before. Attached comparison pics. Printer hid the melted/poor printing issues by only taking good pictures.

Réponse: We deeply apologize for this and made this right. Our focus is on quality and we unfortunately allowed this to slip by. It taught us the merits of stringent QA and also the importance of having a chain of responsibility to ensure everything we make meets the client's expectations.
