When I received the set of parts from my order, most of them had an error with them. However, when I contacted them, they reprinted the broken parts at no extra charge, even with a faster shipping service. I would definitely recommend this seller!

Sometimes we try to salvage mistakes for the sake of time, especially when clients like you plan to sand or paint the parts, but the first shipment should have waited until our issue was worked out. What you saw was the effect of preparing designs to print on a machine with a different nozzle size than the operator thought was installed! The replacements and the smaller parts of the first shipment were made with the right settings, and I'm glad you're happy with that regular quality! Please let us know if you need anything else made!
