I printfile was flawed and made the part worthless. This was NOT the manufacturer's fault. Jason did the best he could however I wish he'd notified me before shipping. He would likely made more money to since I would have told him to not ship.
I'd use him again.

Unfortunately there's no way for me to know a file is worthless because I can't know the intent of the final print. I did message you immediately upon ordering and we communicated well, so I don't think the communication or quality rating is fair. I'm sorry you were unhappy with the outcome, please let me know if I can do anything else to help!
