The supplier was costumer-friendly and caring and even produced a prototype without additional charges before producing the rest of the ordered product. The manufactured products are of respectable quality, better than expected and on par with the capabilities of the printer (as far as I can tell). The product matches the 3D model well and safely encloses and protects the device for which it was to be produced. The shipping costs were very cheap.
The end users were impressed that it was possible to manufacture a case for an outdated mobile phone for which mass manufacturers have either never produced or stopped produced cases and that the price were competitive to prices of premium mobile phone cases even though they were custom made in a small quantity. You can't of course fully compare the texture in all places to mass manufacturing processes but the cases do their job and that is what counts.
Overall, I can recommend the supplier.
