They showed outstanding quality, as well as communication in my case. On of the print jobs was not strong enough to hold itself together. They could have just shipped it as ordered. However, I was contacted to see what I wanted to do (i.e. if I wanted to update the STL and send it for reprinting). Very strong in all three categories!
