Great service, really happy.

Excellent service, communication and speed of delivery. The supplier also warned me of possible problems in advance. He got the job right first time. More than satisfied with the whole experience. Will certainly look for him again next time I order a print. Awesome!

Unfortunately, although apparently well produced, the cap does not fit my NCVT-3 tool. Whether this is a printing or a design issue I am unsure, but either way, as a first experience of 3d design/printing, this has been less than satisfactory.

Réponse: Hello, sorry to hear that. From our side we have done everything accordingly to instruction and model provided. I would strongly suggest to contact your manufacturer if doing something for the first time. It would help to select proper materials and resolutions for prints. Similar to setting bent factor K in sheet metal designs is necessary for subcontractors to make precise parts.

Jakob was great. Fast and beautifully printed. Will definitely come back when I need more things printed.
